Our Cab Franc happily grows on a rocky, loamy cliff in our vineyard overlooking the Sisquoc River.  Complex aromas of sweet berries and firm French oak combine with fat, soft tannins and a spicy slap on the finish.  Enjoy with a grilled rosemary, sage and thyme rubbed pork chop.  Aged 20 months in 100% French oak.  pH 3.31, TA 8.29, 100% Cab Franc.
