2006 RIESLING $12(WC: $10.80)
(6% Sylvaner)

Fresh, young and lively, this Riesling has brilliant clarity and high viscosity. Flavors of sweet pear and tangerine lead to hints of honeydew melon. While it is sweet, it is very light and clean on the finish from the addition of the Sylvaner. Flood Family Vineyards.

2007 SYLVANER $14(WC: $12.60)
1.7% RS (16% Riesling)

Sylvaner is a wine that is unique to Rancho Sisquoc as we are the only producers of this varietal in California. The nose has hints of light lime, apricot, sweet pear and roasted peanuts which also follow through in the fantastic flavor. This crisp favorite finishes clean with a hint of lingering sweetness.

2007 SAUVIGNON BLANC $14(WC: $12.60)
A beautiful pale straw in color, this wine offers a full palate of sweet pea, pear and tropical fruits. The nose brings you fruit blossoms, light vanilla and coconut. Though the wine is bone dry, there is a sweet sensation in the palate and the finish. The finish is clean, yet creamy.

2006 CHARDONNAY $20(WC: $18)
This delightful fruit forward wine has a nose of tropical fruits, ripe apricot, toasty fresh baked bread and vanilla. The full palate is lean yet austere with tropical fruits and spice. The finish is perky with minerals and green apple. Give this Chardonnay time to breathe and open and it will prove excellent with food. Flood Family Vineyards.

2006 SISQUOC RIVER RED $16(WC: $14.40)
(38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Syrah, 24% Merlot, 5% Sangiovese, 5% Cab Franc)

Vibrant deep red yet youthful in appearance this blend has a nose of spicy licorice, blackberry and plum. It has a chalky texture with dark fruits, toasty oak, vanilla and caramel. The firm oak finish shows the potential for significant mellowing in a short time. New American and Hungarian oak aged for 13 months. Flood Family Vineyards

2005 TRE VINI $20(WC: $18)
(50% Sangiovese, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Malbec)

Aromatically complex with cocoa, butterscotch, hints of rose petal and wet oak. The Sangiovese gives this firm bodied wine lively cherry while the Malbec contributes some floral notes and chalky earth and the Cabernet gives it some fabulous black jam flavors. But overall it is the Sangiovese that wins out on the finish giving it a jazzy end. American French oak aged for 17 months. Flood Family Vineyards.

2005 MERLOT $20(WC: $18)
4% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% Sangiovese)

This wine is brick red with a vibrant purple hue. Vanilla & caramel lead the nose with hints of rose, cherry and old world antiques. Structure and a heavy thick creamy mouth subdue the depth. It is sure to age and show dry black fruits, long palate and a full finish. Aged 18 months in Hungarian, French and American oak. Flood Family Vineyards.

2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON $24 (WC: $21.60)
(13% Merlot & 7% Sangiovese)

Bold in appearance, this Cab delivers a nose of blackberry, sweet black cherries, leather and smoky oak. The full rich palate is supported by firm ripe tannin, vanilla and sweet black fruits. The 13% Merlot lends some intense ripe jam flavors. The finish gently lingers with a touch of the toasty oak. Aged 18 months in French, American and Hungarian oak. Flood Family Vineyards.

2005 MALBEC $30 (WC: $27)
Dark as purple shadows on a late afternoon this fine Malbec is always rich with dry tannin and a spike of spice in the mouth. There are also hints of blackberry jam and subtle jasmine with soft vanilla and toasted oak. The very deep defined finish keeps the mouth-feel elevated to the very end. Aged 17 months total with 15 months in new French oak. Flood Family Vineyards.

2005 SYRAH $25 (WC: $22.50)
(91% Syrah & 9% Pt. Sirah)

This is a banner vintage for Rancho Sisquoc Syrah. Violets, blueberry preserves, black cherry, leather, peppercorn subtle toasty oak combine to enrich this complex deep Syrah. The mouth is incredibly supple, fresh and purely intense. Clean and full with hints of char dominate the fruit inspired finish. French oak aged for 16 months. Flood Family Vineyards.

2005 CELLAR SELECT MERITAGE

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot, 12% Malbec, 9% Cab Franc)

Dark in color, this wine explodes with a full and rich palate and aromatics of wild berry jam and ripe plum with hints of herbs and game. The core is ripe with black fruits and framed with sweet vanilla. A creamy texture is supported by opulent tannin and finishes with a toasty biscuit and jam sensation. Aged 33 months in French oak.

2005 SAUVIGNON BLANC LATE HARVEST

$30 (WC: 27)
19% Residual Sugar

Thick & juicy, this little jewel is almost golden. The nose is consistent with the varietal releasing hints of sweet grapefruit, ripe honeydew and fresh pear. Flavors are of a nutty crème brulee yet an ending that is clean & delicious. This is a perfect dessert wine and is also fabulous with fresh fruits. Hungarian oak aged for 15 months.
